I speak at various events globally. Sometimes there are 30 people in the room, sometimes there are 200.
Everywhere I go, I bring my gift for powerful storytelling. I use personal anecdotes or community stories to highlight messages that are relevant to share with the audience. They range from job crafting, kindness, and innovation at work to Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) planning for corporates and the war for talent in high-growth companies.
There is no passive audience in my workshops. We listen, converse, and build together.
I use a blend of evidence-based practice and out-there ideas. I sometimes use Indian Psychology to deliver workshops...curious? write to me to learn more.
To date, I have delivered 30+ workshops globally. The topics are pertinent to our very existence, like the concept of self, moving through complex change, and developing skills for impactful work.
