I speak at various events globally. Sometimes there are 30 people in the room, sometimes there are 200.
Everywhere I go, I bring my gift for powerful storytelling. I use personal anecdotes or community stories to highlight messages that are relevant to share with the audience. They may range from speaking about job crafting and innovation at work to Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) planning for corporates and the war for talent in high-growth companies.
There is no passive audience in my workshops. We listen, converse, and build together.
I use a blend of evidence-based practice and out-there ideas. I sometimes use Indian Psychology to deliver workshops...curious? write to me to learn more.
To date, I have delivered 30+ workshops globally. The topics are pertinent to our very existence, like the concept of self, moving through complex change, and developing skills for impactful work.
